ABOUT ME
Father, Coach, Athlete
I discovered training at an early age in a school gym and I realised I wanted to be the best version of myself, both physically and mentally. I began to integrate it into my life from there onwards!
I've trained in martial arts, the Royal Marines Reserve and now compete in Crossfit competitions internationally. I use the abilities I've acquired to climb mountains, complete Olympic distance Triathlons and compete in Strongman competitions for fun. I thrive on challenge but I understand everyone isn't wired up like me!
Before becoming a coach I worked for a financial institution in the City of London and juggled a sedentiary lifestyle and long working hours. I learnt to plan my nutrition and training well in advance and made best use of the time I had available. I also enjoyed the social scene but understood it had to be balanced through movement and nutrition.
In 2017 I decided to pursue my passion of helping others improve their health and fitness in a full time capacity and qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer, Crossfit Level 1 Coach and British Weightlifting Level 1 Coach. Since then, I've trained a broad and diverse range of clients to better function, sporting performance and physique transformation. Every client is unique and requires a bespoke approach, I pride myself on being able to offer that.
